If you have registered for our courses, teleseminars or other services, or submitted a blog comment or asked to be notified of updates we request your name and email address and potentially other information, for example, your location and interests. We do this in order to understand your needs, provide you with a better service and products and for our internal record keeping.  New EU legislation, which came into effect on January 1st, 2015, means that we may need confirmation of your country of residency when you buy any digital products.

We may periodically send you promotional email about new services, products, blogs or other information which we think you may find interesting and relevant. We will use the email address you have provided. We may use your information to customise the website to your interests and, very occasionally, to contact you for market research purposes

Controlling your personal information

We will not under any circumstances sell, distribute, lease or share your personal information with any third party unless required to do so by law. That is our personal commitment to you as a visitor to our website and potential, or actual, client.
