Age Restrictions

We appreciate that persons under the age of 18 may be interested in this website.  However, payment information must be provided by or with the permission of an adult.

Cooling off period

You have a statutory right to a “Cooling Off” period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, 2013. This means that if you change your mind, or for any other reason, decide that you do not want to go ahead with your “Getting Elected” course or product (such as an e-book), you have a period of 14 days from the date of purchase in which you may cancel.

If you commence a course or download a digital product within the 14 days you lose your right to cancel under the Regulations.  However, we believe in giving users of this website and candidates the best possible service and our cancellation policies are below.

Cancellation of Course

If you decide after the first teleseminar that this course is not for you, then you may cancel and we will refund your fee.

However, if you do cancel you will not subsequently receive any outstanding ‘how to’ handouts and you must delete any “Get Elected” e-book and handouts, which you have already received, from your computer and/or any other devices on which they appear.

Cancellation must be in writing. This may be by email to peter@getelected.co.uk, or by completing the ‘Contact us’ form on this website and stating ‘Cancellation of Course’ in the subject line, or by letter to the address given at the top of this page.

EITHER the cancellation must confirm that the e-book and the “How to” guides, if received, have been deleted OR you may choose to keep the e-handbook and guides, in which case a lower figure of price of course less price of e-book will be refunded.

We will refund the relevant price in full as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days of receipt of your cancellation.

Further details will be given in the email which you will receive following a purchase.

Cancellation of purchase of digital products, for example, e-books

If you decide, after perusal, that the digital product (e.g. e-books, handouts) are not suitable for you, then you may cancel within the 14 days’ cooling off period and we will refund your fee.

Cancellation must be in writing. This may be by email to peter@getelected.co.uk, or by completing the ‘Contact us’ form on this website and stating ‘Cancellation of Course’ in the subject line, or by letter to the address given at the top of this page.

The cancellation must confirm that the digital products have been deleted.

Further details will be given in the email which you will receive following a purchase.
